Plug‑and‑Fly Setup

  • Connect the AR Ignition T‑Switch to your receiver or power expander ignition kill channel – and you’re ready to go.
  • For telemetry, plug the supplied telemetry cable into your receiver’s telemetry port.
  • For Spektrum, connect the supplied XBus cable to the receiver’s XBus port.
The AR Ignition T‑Switch supports telemetry on:
  • Futaba SBus2
  • Jeti EXBus
  • JR XBus
  • Spektrum XBus
  • FrSky S.Port

Temperature & RPM Telemetry

Each AR Ignition T‑Switch is supplied with one temperature probe. You can add more as required for multi‑cylinder engines or other areas of the model.
  • Up to 7 temperature probe inputs
  • Monitor cylinder head temperature or any other area (e.g. cockpit)
  • Temperature range: 30°C to 300°C
  • RPM telemetry taken from the TTL output of all major ignition systems
Engine compatibility (TTL RPM output):
  • DLE, GP, Moki, UMS, Saito, ZDZ
  • Note: Some GP engines may require RCexl ignitions.

Built‑In IBEC – No Ignition Battery Required

The AR Ignition T‑Switch includes an LR‑filtered Ignition Battery Elimination Circuit (IBEC):
  • Provides a clean, fully filtered ignition output
  • Eliminates ignition noise feeding back into your radio system
  • No separate ignition battery required – just connect to your receiver or power expander ignition channel
Selectable output voltage:
  • 6.0V or 7.4V
  • Compatible with virtually all modern ignition systems
